About Keller

Keller, Inc. is a prominent design/build general contractor that has been a key player in the construction industry since its formation in 1960. Headquartered in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, with additional offices located in Madison, Milwaukee, and Wausau, Keller has established itself as the leading contractor throughout the state. Initially founded by Walter Keller, who served as President until 1989 and subsequently took on the role of Chairman of the Board, the company has grown to employ around 260 individuals dedicated to both office and field operations. Today, it is led by a team of experienced professionals including Cory VandeWettering as President, Steve Klessig as Vice President of Architecture and Engineering, Craig Otis as Senior Vice President of Construction, and Douglas Stecker, CPA, as Vice President of Finance and CFO.

One of the hallmark achievements of Keller, Inc. is its commitment to employee ownership, initiated through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 1986. This foresighted move allowed for a gradual transfer of ownership to its employees, leading to the company being 100% owned by the ESOP today. This unique structure fosters increased dedication among employees, significantly contributing to the quality and professionalism of the services delivered to clients.

Keller, Inc. specializes in various construction sectors, notably including agriculture, automotive, healthcare, education, and hospitality. Their project experience spans across numerous markets such as assisted and senior living, convenience stores, dental clinics, professional offices, manufacturing, and retail. With a strong emphasis on understanding the specific needs of each sector, Keller utilizes a comprehensive design/build approach, which integrates construction and design services for enhanced efficiency and quality. This methodology allows them to meet the diverse requirements of their clients from various industries, thus reinforcing their reputation as a versatile and reliable general contractor in Wisconsin and beyond. Keller, Inc. remains committed to delivering professional, innovative, and quality construction services, making them a leader in the field.

Need to submit a Pay App to Keller?

Payment applications generally include the application for payment form and a continuation sheet (which includes a schedule of values and change orders). Depending on the situation, you may also include backup documents like materials receipts and invoices, payroll wage reports, and lien waivers.

It's a lot to keep straight, and it's further complicated by most GCs requiring their own custom payment application forms, rather than standard AIA templates. Fortunately, Siteline has more than 8,000 forms from over 6,000 GCs—in our system. Our software streamlines the entire monthly billing workflow, ensuring you submit the perfect pay apps on time, every time, which gets your invoices paid about three weeks faster.Want to see for yourself?
