Komada is a subsidiary of Tepa, LLC, a tribally-owned organization recognized as an ISBEE entity, owned entirely by the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians of California. Tepa was established in 2005 with the mission of providing a range of shared services and management support to tribally-owned certified small businesses.
