Nick Falcone & Sons
Nick Falcone & Sons, Inc. was established in 1945 in West Philadelphia by Nick Falcone Sr., who initially focused on residential concrete projects, including flat concrete and curb work. He laid the foundation for what would become a prominent construction company in the region. In 1960, the next generation, Nick Falcone Jr. and his brother John, took over the reins and broadened the company’s scope by entering the heavy highway and concrete roadway paving sectors. During this pivotal period, Nick Falcone & Sons began collaborating with a range of heavy highway contractors and large home builders across the Tri-state area, enhancing its reach and reputation in the construction industry.
As the company evolved through the late 1970s, it capitalized on the burgeoning commercial sector and new residential developments, cementing its position as one of the largest concrete firms in Southeastern Pennsylvania. This period marked significant growth and success, primarily driven by the company’s dedication to quality workmanship and customer service. In 1986, the third generation of the Falcone family—Nick III, Greg, and Jim—assumed ownership of the company, ushering in a new era of innovation and expansion into municipal work and full site development services.
Today, Nick Falcone & Sons is headquartered in Aston, PA, and continues to specialize in commercial and industrial land clearing and site preparation. The company caters primarily to the needs of the commercial and industrial sectors that require professional land preparation services. The strength of Nick Falcone & Sons lies in its dedicated workforce, comprising loyal and knowledgeable professionals who embody the company’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship. The business not only emphasizes its rich history but also underlines its vision for continued excellence in the concrete and construction industry, ensuring they meet and exceed the expectations of their clients. With decades of experience, the Falcone family’s legacy remains a guiding force in the company’s mission to deliver exceptional service and results in every project.
